Please note that battery is not included, seat is missing, one latch for battery compartment housing has broken off, ignition is hanging loose from housing, key is not included and handle bar does not appear to be locking into the upright position. Electrical systems have not been tested. Again note that this item is being recommended for parts/repair purposes.
