Gear Shifter: Shimano Tiagra STI shift levers, one lever is missing some front housing. Both systems are responsive but not fully tested.

Brake Levers: Shimano Tiagra STI integrated brake levers. Both systems appear to be working but not fully tested.

Crank Set: Shimano 105 aluminum crank arms; plastic and metal shoe-clip style pedals
Front Fork: marked "FACT Carbon"
Seat: Selle Italia Q-Bik foam padded seat
