Tire Size: 26x2.00, matching. NOTE, both tires show low pressure which may or may not be due to leaks
Rim Material: appears to be aluminum

Gear Shifter: Shimano Deore rapid-fire style. Both systems are responsive but not fully tested.

Brake Levers: Hayes Sole hydraulic metal levers. Both systems appear to be working but not fully tested.

Front Suspension: Marzocci AM4 suspension fork, responsive, shows smooth movement, not fully tested
