- Obverse: Shows left-facing portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with what resembles a Devil's face in her hair and reads "CANADA 1 ONE DOLLAR UN DOLLAR, BANK OF CANADA - BANQUE DU CANADA, OTTAWA 1954, CANADIAN BANK NOTE COMPANY LIMITED"
- Reverse: shows an image of the Saskatchewan prairie scene and reads  "ONE DOLLAR 1 UN / DOLLAR BANK OF CANADA - BANQUE DU CANADA"
- Serial Prefix: H|A
- Printed Signatures: J.R. Beattie (Deputy Governor) / J.E. Coyne (Governor)    
- Cutting error of narrow bottom margin
- Bill comes in a protective plastic sleeve
