Rear Derailleur: Shimano Altus, not responsive, needs service

Condition: Bike is in used condition and shows dirt, wear and scuffs from use. Rust on some screw heads as well as wear to finish on frame in some spots. Again note that gear shift system and front suspension are not responsive and may need service. Tires may show some cracks from age and use. Again note that electrical systems have not been tested and keys and charger are not included. Mechanical systems have not been fully tested. AGAIN NOTE that this bike has not been serviced or assessed and may require repair to be properly functional. As this bike is in used condition, we recommend a thorough assessment and repairs to any systems requiring repair before bike is safely rideable.
